"Flight of Nine" was painted during August 2001 on site at the Evergreen Aviation Museum, under the huge wingspan of the Spruce Goose. The original now hangs in this museum for all to enjoy. It depicts a fantasy flight of the Spruce Goose down the Columbia Gorge, surprising a group of children, fishing with their dog. The completed painting can be seen in the Fine Art section of this portfolio.
